Shenandoah High School

The Raiders went into Anderson on Monday and gave the Tribe an 11-4 loss. SHS pounded out 13 hits and benefitted from 8 walks and a couple of Indian errors. Four Raiders had 2 hit nights led by Collin Osenbaugh and Drew Fredenburg. Osenbaugh was 2-4, scored twice and drove home three runs while Fredenburg was also 2-4, scored a run, and had 2RBI. Each Raider also had a triple. Joining Osenbaugh and Fredenburg with 2 hits were Ezra Byrd (2-4, 1R, 1RBI), Brendan Conyers (2-2, 1R, 2RBI) and Aiden Coffey (2-3, with 2 runs scored). Ashton Renz contributed 2 RBI with his 1 -3 night, Maddux Davis was 1-4 with a run scored and Micah Cole was also 1-4. Drew Fredenburg started on the mound for the Raiders. He pitched 3 innings, gave up 2 earned runs, walked 3 and struck out 4. Ethan Taylor went 4 innings and also gave up 2 earned runs while striking out and walking four. The Raiders improved to 12-3 on the season and host Muncie Central on Thursday.
