The Raiders dropped to 4-1 on the season, falling at Hagerstown by a score of 7-2. Ethan Taylor started and took the loss for SHS. The junior righty worked the first 3 innings and gave up 3 hits while also walking 3. Of the 5 runs the Tigers plated against him only 3 were earned. Taylor recorded 4 Ks on the night. Kaden Randolph closed out the final 3 innings giving up a couple of earned runs while also striking out 4. After scoring an amazing 77 runs in their first 4 outings, the Raider bats went quiet last evening. The Raiders managed just 3 hits: Drew Fredenburg's single and double and a single off the bat of Jarrett Helman. Ezra Byrd had the only Raider RBI and Collin Osenbaugh and Fredenburg scored the Raider runs......both coming in the 7th inning.
