Shenandoah High School

The Lady Raiders opened with 2 wins tonight, defeating Daleville and an incomplete Tri squad. The Raiders shot 205 as the visitors at Crestview tonight, besting Daleville by 23 strokes. Senior Maddie Shelton led the way for SHS. The 2-time regional qualifier got off to a slow start but rallied for a 46. A pair of juniors came in next for Shenandoah. AJ Cooper fired a 47 and Kylee Lutes shot a 48. Sophomore Sofia Gutierrez and Freshman Natalie Armstrong both shot 64 to round out the scoring for the Raiders. Shenandoah is right back in it tomorrow when they host New Castle at Tri County Golf Club in a 5pm match.
