The Raiders defeated Randolph Southern at home on Tuesday to improve their record to 3-2 on the young season and 1-0 in Mid-Eastern Conference play. Senior Ethan Loy tossed a 1 hit shutout over 5 innings in a game cut short by the run rule as the Raiders won 10-0. Loy struck out 12 batters on the evening. Having 2 hit nights for the Raiders were Ezra Byrd (2-3), Maddux Davis (2-3 and 2 RBI), and Drew Fredenburg (2-2, 3 Runs, 1 RBI and 2 stolen bases). The Raiders stole 7 bases in all. Ashton Renz was 1-1 with a double and 3 RBI and Collin Osenbaugh added 2 runs scored for SHS.
