Raiders Fall to Knights 16-6

By Todd Salkoski | Apr 3, 2024 1:00 PM

The Raiders struggled at Northeastern on Monday and came away with a 16-6 loss to the Knights. The Raiders did not help themselves much in this one as Raider pitchers walked 9, threw 3 wild pitches, the defense committed 4 errors, and gave up 15 hits. Still, with all the extra help, the Raiders found themselves down just 8-6 going into the 5th inning. That's when the Raider bats went cold and the Knights pushed across 3 in the 5th and 5 in the 6th to put the game away. Junior Collin Osenbaugh led the offense with a 2 for 4 night that included his first home run of the season. Harrison Jessup came away with a 2 hit game of his own. Cameron Frost plated 2 Raiders with an RBI single of his own.
